WHAT SESSIONS FEEL LIKE
Each session is guided by what is present in the moment.
No two sessions are the same. Some sessions are reflective and conversational.
Others are more embodied — incorporating breath, awareness, or creative exploration. Because healing, navigating, expanding - doesn't need to feel dense and harsh. Creation is transformation - so we embrace and embody that opportunity with enjoyment!
Sessions may include:

Online and in-person sessions follow the same process.

Online and in-person sessions follow the same process.
The difference is simply the environment:
• In person — access to a grounded physical space and creative materials
• Online — guided support using simple tools within your own environment
You may occasionally be invited to meet with simple materials fro online or complete small integration practices between sessions.

INVESTMENT
3 SESSION FOUNDATION
$390 NZD (Required Entry)
Phase One: Clarity & Stabilisation
This foundational phase establishes the architecture of your work.
Across three sessions, we:
• Map emotional and behavioural patterns
• Identify protective responses and stress loops
• Establish nervous system stability
• Clarify relational and identity themes
• Introduce the Four C’s framework in practice
This phase is about understanding what is driving your experience and creating the safety required for deeper change. It builds awareness, language, and baseline regulation. For many, this phase brings significant insight and relief.
For deeper pattern reworking, continued integration is recommended.
6 SESSION DEEPENING
$750 NZD (save $30)
Phase Two: Integration & Repatterning
This phase moves beyond awareness into embodied change. Where Phase One clarifies the patterns, introducing new awareness. Phase Two helps you to actively reshape them with real time guidance.
Across six sessions, we:
• Interrupt automatic emotional reactions in real time
• Practice new regulatory responses under stress
• Rework long-standing relational dynamics
• Release protective coping strategies that no longer serve
• Strengthen identity shifts and behavioural follow-through
• Build sustainable emotional resilience
This is where repetition creates rewiring.
You begin responding differently to your patterns.
ONGOING INTEGRATION
$130 NZD (After Foundation)
Single 90-minute session for clients who have completed the 3-session foundation and wish to continue refining and stabilising their process.
Sessions may be scheduled:
• Weekly
• Fortnightly
• Every 3 weeks
To maintain developmental continuity.
Maintenance sessions are available only after completion of the Foundation or Deepening phase.
Payment is required to secure your container.

PACKAGE DETAILS
This work is intentional, developmental, and deeply personalised.
All new clients begin with a 3-session Foundation to establish clarity, safety, and momentum.
After your initial 3 sessions, you can choose the pathway that feels most supportive:Option 1: continue with another 3 session package to move into deeper work - ideal for individuals who want to continue building momentum at a manageable pace.
Option 2: deepen with the 6 session package. Packages can be booked as many times as necessary, alternatively single sessions are available.
Sessions are 90 minutes and may be held in person (Christchurch) New Zealand, or online Nationwide or Internationally.
Specifically designed resources and tools are offered post session, accessible from your personal drive folder. Pre-session check in forms are filled out to ensure I have the most up to date information leading into our next session.
Sessions are weekly, bi-weekly or every three weeks. To protect the integrity of the work and support your best outcome 3-session packages are to be used within 9 weeks and 6-session packages are to be used within 18 weeks.
Payment is required to secure your container:
• Either in full
• 50/50 split available for packages
• Four structured instalments
• Afterpay is also available
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable.

They are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological care.
This work complements — but does not replace — medical or therapeutic treatment.
