What's the process?

WHAT TO EXPECT

A gentle, guided space — Each session meets your family exactly where you’re at, offering calm structure and understanding without judgment.

Whole-family awareness — Together, we look at the patterns beneath behaviour — not to blame, but to understand how each person’s energy and emotions influence the whole.

Creative and somatic tools — Through conversation, movement, and expressive techniques, families learn practical ways to regulate, reconnect, and communicate more clearly.

Lasting change, not quick fixes — Transformation unfolds over time. As new awareness grows, balance and connection naturally begin to restore.

FORMAT AND FLOW

 

1. Mapping & Intake
Our first session focuses on understanding your family’s story — observing patterns, dynamics, and emotional needs.

2. Family Bridging Sessions
We meet regularly (usually every 1–2 weeks) to dive deeper, exploring new ways of connecting through creative, somatic, and energetic tools.

Every family is different, so depending on your journey this may take anywhere from 3-12 sessions.

3. Integration & Maintenance
Once stability and safety are restored, sessions can move to monthly or as-needed check-ins to sustain connection and growth.

Book a free 30 minute Consultation with Pera. From there she can direct you to what option will be best and what our journey might entail.

Foundation Pack - 3 Sessions

Family Bridging is a journey, not a single session.
To protect the integrity of the process and ensure meaningful transformation, a minimum of three sessions is required.

  • $95 · 1.5 hours ($285)

  • $120 · 2 hours  ($360)
    This can be paid in full
    or per session.

Deepening Pack - 6 Sessions
Recommended for ongoing work or complex dynamics.
 

  • $540 · 6 × 1.5 hrs (saves $30)

  • $690 · 6 × 2 hrs (saves $30)
     

Maintenance Sessions

Available after completion of a foundation or deepening series as per Pera's recommendation.

 

  • $95 per 1.5 hrs

  • $120 per 2 hrs

All tools and resources are customised for your family's journey and accessed from a shared drive folder.

Each session is uniquely guided by what’s needed in the moment — often a mix of conversation, creative process, and embodied practice.

 

We explore:

  • The energetic and emotional bond between parent and child

  • Regulating the nervous system — learning calm and co-regulation

  • Creative tools for expression and release

  • Reframing patterns of fear, frustration, and disconnection into understanding and support

  • Practical integration tools for home life

Here, we learn to see behaviour not as “good” or “bad,” but as communication — a signal from the body asking to be understood.
