If full price product/s are faulty upon arrival we will offer a full refund, credit or exchange inclusive of shipping cost if:
-Products are unworn/not utilized. Tags should still be attached/unopened.
-The products should be unblemished and unscented. Keep in mind when trying on!
-They must be returned for NZ clients within 10 days of communication of return and 15 for International clients. We accept delays in shipping, please communicate if this is the case and provide tracking we will make exceptions! Tracking is the safest option to take when returning as sadly we are not liable for products that go missing in the post on return.
-Discounted/sample items cannot be refunded please choose carefully. We will try to accommodate sizing if we can.
