2. PLACE YOUR PRE-ORDER OR CUSTOM ORDER ONLINE

Pre-order ensures less waste and secures you a piece from our limited collections. Once they’re sold out, they are sold out! We will endeavour to keep you updated on time lines throughout the making process. Pre-orders generally take 2-3 weeks to produce from pre-order cut off day not the day you purchase.

Custom orders are for our specialized limited designs. This means choose carefully as there may only be enough fabric to make as little as 4 styles. 

Once ordering a custom - Pera will be in contact within 24 hours to ensure the garment specifications are correct for your fit. This service can take 1-3 weeks dependant on the style and is a special creation that you get to be a part of one on one with Pera. 

3. COMPLETION

Yay you have your beautiful garment that you have waited so patiently for! 

A special PERA MAY design that will be part of your life for years to come!

PAYMENT

Payment is taken in full either in-store or online, this can be done online using LAYBUY also. 

PERA MAY agrees to holding the payment securely until goods are received and you are happy with your purchase.

HOW DO I DECIDE ON SIZING FOR MY PRE OR CUSTOM ORDER?

Our size chart will help you to establish the correct fit for your pre or custom order.

It can be scary, we know...until you get to know the brand and your fit, it’s not always easy to decide, especially because every brand uses different measurements. Don’t let that deter you however - we are here to help!!!

HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM GARMENT TAKE TO BE MADE?

Please allow 1 day for processing any online or showroom orders. 

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5. All orders will be processed during these hours. 

You will then be advised of the turn-around time. In our shop section each garment has an approximate due date both for pre or custom. We also endeavour to give you updates on the status of your garment wherever possible. It’s important to remember these times are estimates, sometimes there are obstacles that occur outside of our control. We appreciate your patience whilst we experiment with new territories.

This is awesome, you are supporting slow, sustainable, and original craft - how impressive! Helping to improve a system that has malfunctioned, we thank you for this support as will the planet!

SHIPPING OR PICK UP

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when the garment is on its way.

 

If NZ based delivery will be 2-3 working days. 

Outside of NZ shipping you can expect within 10-14 business days after confirmation that the garment is made and paid for. Your Country's rules and regulations regarding customs duties will determine any further charges/wait times which aren't covered by PERA MAY. 

RETURNS

As we carefully make “just enough” for you, we do ask that you think carefully about your purchases and take advantage of our sizing advice. However, we get that it is not a perfect science and returns may be required sometimes. If you aren’t happy with an online order you may return that to us within 14 days. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Additionally, we will not offer returns for a change of mind.

 

We will only accept returns if the garments are received with tags on and are in the condition that they arrived to you in.

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you. Your refund will then be processed and credit applied back to your payment method. Timing will vary depending on your bank provider.
