Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

PERA MAY operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

We strive to make sure your experience is the best that it can be and that you are absolutely in love with your purchase! However if for some reason that’s not the case, we’re sincerely sorry, please let us resolve any issue you may have! 

Contact holla@peramay.com with your concerns and we'll arrange a solution based on the following:

“RTW” items can be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order. Upon notifying us of your return you have 5 working days to email us the tracking number of the return package.  Beyond these timeframes, we will only accept returns for faulty garments.

​”Pre-orders” are eligible for exchange or store credit if you contact us within 5 working days of receiving the garment. Upon notifying us of the return or exchange, you have 5 working days to email us the tracking number of the return package. Refund will not be given on Pre-order garments as the garment has been produced specifically for you. Please consider your purchase carefully and ask any questions prior to your purchase. Exceptions will be made for faulty garments.

“Custom orders” are not eligible for refund or exchange. Only store credit will be issued if you contact us within 5 working days of receiving the garment. Upon notifying us of the return, you have 5 working days to email us the tracking number of the return package. It is deemed sold once the deposit is paid and production begins on a garment that is made to your measurements. Exceptions will only be made for a faulty product.

Discounted or sample items are all final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Products, Pricing & Payment Terms

Products are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however some images may not translate exactly as is. PERA MAY reserves the right to correct any inaccuracy.

All product pricing is in NZD and is inclusive of GST. We strive to have all pricing up to date and reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.

We accept payments from all significant credit and debit card options, Afterpay and Laybuy. Once payment has successfully accepted you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking and the parcel will be sent out.
